INTEGRATED PRODUCTION & CREATIVE STORYTELLING
“The best stories are the ones that matter.”
Strong creative only works when it’s thoughtfully produced. When strategy, storytelling, and execution move in step, content becomes more than something to see—it becomes something to feel and understand. Organized, intentional production gives ideas room to evolve, travel farther, and connect more deeply. When creative vision is supported by care and follow-through, the result is work that resonates, endures, and tells stories that matter.

MEET KAIT STAUP
I’ve spent more than a decade working at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and production—leading creative work from idea through execution for agencies, brands, and large organizations. My career has evolved from hands-on creative roles to senior integrated production leadership, overseeing video and photography shoots and managing complex projects for national and global clients.
My experience spans creative agencies and in-house production teams, where I’ve led multidisciplinary crews, shaped creative direction, and partnered closely with clients to translate ideas into clear, compelling content. I’m deeply invested in the process—asking the right questions early, defining purpose and audience, and ensuring that creative decisions stay grounded in the story being told.
I believe strong content is the result of thoughtful, well-organized production. When creative vision is supported by structure, intention, and care, work travels farther and resonates more deeply. I take pride in creating environments where teams can do their best work and where ideas are protected through every stage of production.
Today, my focus is on producing purposeful video and photography that supports broader communications efforts—work that’s not only visually strong, but meaningful, adaptable, and built to last. At its best, production is invisible, allowing the story to lead and the message to connect. The best stories are the ones that matter—and my role is to help bring them to life.
